Job description

We're seeking an ambitious Marketing Assistant to help spread the word about our products and services. The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy working independently as well as being a part of a collaborative team. The Marketing Assistant will be tasked with conducting market research and making regular recommendations for new methods of marketing and advertising, to help our organisation acquire new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and respond to emails.
• Address customer complaints.
• Handle shipments and returns.
• Arrange new product promotions and displays.
• Update Facebook and Twitter accounts.
• Ensure that social media accounts are up to date.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Provide first-level support for customer inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
