RWE Offshore Wind is one of the world's largest power producers from offshore wind power and a global driver of the energy transition. Due to the constant expansion of our renewable generation capacities, we need many new skilled employees - and this is where you come in. As an intern in our Talent Acquisition Team UK & Ireland, you will have the opportunity to support our international Talent Acquisition Experts in their daily recruiting work. By collaborating with stakeholders on a global level, you will learn how our organisation operates and how to search, identify and hire talent. In doing so, you will make a valuable contribution to the success of the team and our extensive growth strategy.

Your future plans

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Experts along the entire end-to-end recruitment value chain (from sourcing to hiring)
  • Creation of meaningful and attractive job advertisements as well as their posting on target group-oriented Internet portals and channels and the associated support of the relevant HR systems
  • Support the organisation and administration of global Onboarding sessions
  • Support of various recruiting projects, possibly own responsibility for smaller projects
  • Administrative support in correspondence (e.g. coordination of appointments and interviews)

Your Profile

  • Ideally first practical experience in the field of HR or administration/organisation through internships or first-hand experience activities
  • High level of initiative, reliability, and high organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Professional communication skills and a confident manner
  • Proven MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new IT tools
  • You enjoy modern HR work in an international company and team at the core of the energy transition
