- You'll work closely with bartenders, chefs and management in our open kitchen environment.
- With a solid training programme when you start, you’ll quickly know all about the cuisine of Modern Jerusalem; the spices, the herbs, the pastes, the colours and vibrancy that underpin this food.
- Regular wine, spirit and cocktail briefings and trainings educate your palate and keep developing your knowledge about new products and flavours.
