If you’re looking to for an internship with a global, highly awarded PR and comms agency, then look no further… We’re offering the opportunity of a paid training placement from Summer 2023 (1st July) for a period of three months. We have various areas of business focus (Brand, Chorus, Corporate Reputation, Health and Technology) and this role would begin in our Corporate Reputation practice. There is a keenness to extend this three-month internship following a successful trial period.

We want you to get as much out of this internship as possible. At Zeno London, our interns aren’t doing coffee runs or making tea. We expect our interns to be core members of the team. To be additive and to contribute. From account management, building media lists, creating content, helping plan events, participating in brainstorms, pitching to media, researching, to providing admin assistance across a selection of client accounts, working with other team members to manage the overall client admin workload… You’ll experience it all and have mentors to lean on to help maximise your learning. Quality control is also key to this role so you need to have an eye for detail, be highly organised and be able to prioritise brilliantly and juggle tasks effectively.

Keys to a successful internship:

Communicate – Stay in close communication with your line manager, buddy and teams. Understand how the team likes to stay connected (Calls, Email, MS Teams, Calls, etc.)
Be proactive – Raise your hand to help, it won’t go unnoticed
Understand team expectations
Ask when and how you should be updating your team
Ask for a description of your role and what you are responsible for
Ask for GFS billing codes and how to track your time
Ask questions – Make sure to ask clarifying questionsif you don’t understand something
Ask for feedback – Feedback is important to understand what you are doing well and what you can improve.
You are responsible for your career – It is up to you to make the most out of your internship experience.

Reports to: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

Location: London EC1V 9BW / Hybrid working available – minimum of two days per week to be office-based

Duration: 3 months’ commitment

Pay: Entry level roles start at £24,000 with some great perks – ask to see our current Benefits flyer

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – 9am – 5.30pm – Core hours 10am to 4pm. We’re as flexible as we can be on hours and sometimes we’ll expect the same from you!
