For over 134 years we have looked after grooms and helped proud Scots look their best for their special occasion. Our Aberdeen branch, covering 5 floors, is our head office for the group.
The Role
With the expanse of business, and the growth of our online website, this is a new role and we are excited to look to hire someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and has a passion for retail and highlandwear.
The successful applicant will work alongside our retail team in Aberdeen and will be primarily responsible for the fulfillment of all online orders. This includes picking items from the shop floor, packing, and organising shipping labels.
Further job responsibilities will include answering emails and working alongside the sales team on the shop floor, including serving our instore customers, house keeping, booking in stock and merchandising,
The job itself would be full-time of a minimum of 32 hours including weekends
Job Tasks & Duties:
- Managing online orders - Picking items from the shop floor, packing orders, generating shipping labels, and fulfilling order notices online.
- Customer Service - Responding to customer queries via email and instore.
- General shop floor stock and house-keeping.
Skills & Experience:
- Have first-class communication skills, and be able to connect well with both your colleagues and our customers.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt skillsets
- Good working capacity with computers is essential
- Experience in using social media in a professional capacity
