- Support the Solution Sales business across execution, analytics, presentations, internal and external collaboration
- Gain full exposure to opportunities across Insurance, Pension, Banks and Specialist Funds
- Initial focus for the role is coverage of Bank solutions in the UK, whilst supporting UK LDI client base on origination and execution of bi-lateral derivatives.
- The product remit encompasses vanilla rates (IRS, RPI, TRS, swaptions etc), structured rates (securitization swaps), structured credit (bespoke CDS), and security financing (Repo, collateral switches)
- The successful candidate shall take full ownership of client relationship and deal execution with selected accounts overtime, help establish and maintain dialogue with C-suites decision makers on the client side.

- Track record of strong capability in managing internal and external stakeholders in getting projects and transactions successfully across the line.
- In depth knowledge of Private Credit and Structured Finance, and the ability to articulate complex transactions to investors in simple narratives.
- Knowledge of credit rating methodologies.
- Knowledge of Insurance and Pension fund Solvency framework, investment process and associated governance requirement .
- Rigorous attention to detail, planning and organization skills.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work both individually and in a collegiate and collaborative manner.
- Proactive in building industry experience and keeping up to date with Solvency II and other relevant regulatory changes.
- Prior experience in Private Credit Origination, Sales & Trading and / or Investment Management preferred.
