Management Trainee
As a Sales and Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and leadership skills. You will work closely with experienced mentors to learn the ropes of our industry and develop the skills needed for a successful career in sales and management.
Responsibilities:
- Shadow experienced sales representatives and managers to gain hands-on experience.
- Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with different departments to gain exposure to various functions within the organization
- Progressively take on additional responsibilities in sales and management.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance leadership and management skills
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
