This B2B international marketing post placed at Worcester, focuses on market/customer experience and business concepts which will enhance our UK and international brands. You will be supporting the ‘International Project Manager – Installer Concepts and Development’ to help develop new ideas that enhance the installers’ experience and grows their business.
- Supporting to develop new offerings and solutions which will enhance Bosch Home Comfort’s customer loyalty experience.
- Contributing to new concepts, tools and features that add value to installers’ business.
- Continuously monitor and review Bosch Home Comfort’s current features and offerings, evaluating their usage, customer satisfaction and NPS levels. Analyse business and installer needs to identify opportunities.
- Aiding with competitor benchmarking and analysis of other offerings; UX testing and qualification of newly developed concepts.
- Helping to validate concepts and related solutions prior to roll-out or organisation-wide implementation.
Your work will often be implemented by roll-out project managers, thus a comprehensive hand-over of your work to your teammates is vital.
- Must be a graduate
- Knowledge of marketing systems, processes and best practice
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Competent IT skills
- Good practical knowledge of standard Windows software
- Flexible approach to work including out of office hours
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
- Good overall standards of literacy and numeracy.

Expected Start Date: Flexible
Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
