About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on sales targets though prospecting, qualifying, progressing and closing opportunities in International Defense
- Be an expert on the Seerist platform, developing a deep understanding of augmented analytics to clients in the defense space
- Understand each client’s mission and operating processes in order to compellingly articulate Seerist’s platform to that mission
- Build and maintain strong and enduring client relationships at a senior level
- Retain and expand the International Defense book of business
- Map account stakeholders, gauge and shape procurement decision making, track and communicate budge cycles in order to land, manage and grow accounts
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure service and product quality remain exemplary and to identify growth opportunities
- Attend industry events, trade shows and symposiums to drive client expansion and upsell opportunities, as well as increasing brand awareness and foster connections
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of enterprise software or SaaS new business sales and account management experience with a demonstrated track record of success
- Knowledge of International (UK and Western Europe) Defense with an associated network and credibility
- Ability to deliver consistently against targets
- Extensive knowledge of Defense procurement processes
- Proven track record of selling SaaS products into International Defense with consistency in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Established relationships and executed sales with an array of Defense and Government partners
- Experience with bid writing and/or tender management
- Deep understanding of sales and account management best practices for public sector clients
- Exemplary communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leaders and decision makers
- Experience with CRM tools to report sales pipeline and track opportunities
- Must possess the appropriate security clearance or willing to get the relevant security clearances if required
