We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join our friendly team based in Swadlincote.

Role Responsibility
Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, you will need to effectively build and develop relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue growth for our products. You will also process orders for your geographical area, using your skills to manage customer expectations and keep customers informed along the way. This role will also involve:
- Working with an External Sales Manager to grow sales
- Liaising with the production team
- Customer account management
- Customer complaints & queries
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate previous experience within a customer service environment, or, demonstrate the right skills to be a successful salesperson.
Be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who has an outgoing, approachable personality.
The Internal Sales Co-ordinator should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to develop effective relationships at all levels.
Proven experience in a sales orientated environment, with experience of working to and achieving set targets, would be desirable, but not essential as willing to train the right person.
