Job description
This role will be with Trade Academy, a leading IT training company under the umbrella of Excellence-Solutions Limited. We are seeking an experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to join our team. As an IQA, you will be responsible for ensuring that our learners' work meets the required standards and that our training programs are of the highest quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out the IQA process on all completed IT course portfolios.
- Provide support and guidance to assessors to ensure that they maintain the required standards.
- Provide feedback and report to the training manager on all issues related to the IQA process.
- Ensure that the IQA process meets the requirements of the awarding body and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure that all assessment and IQA paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Holds an IQA qualification (e.g., D34, V1, or equivalent) and have experience in carrying out IQA duties
- Knowledge and experience of IT courses
- Have an excellent understanding of the quality assurance process in training and development.
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
We offer a competitive compensation package of £150-£200 per cohort, depending on experience. This is a remote position with a long-term contract. There will be an opportunity to IQA other qualifications if you have the appropriate expertise.
