As an award winning GOVCON contractor, DTC Global Services is continuously looking to growth. This growth has brought a need for an ambitious Program Manager! The Program Manager will oversee a performance-based contract in a Federal environment. The primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of products and services to the appropriate level of quality, on time, and within budget, while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Federal governance standards.

Job Summary- The Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Provide oversight and management of a performance-based contract in a Federal environment.
- Ensure that products and services are delivered to the expected level of quality, within the agreed-upon timeframe, and within budget constraints.
- Responsible for overall contract performance including deliverable management, schedule definition and management, performance management, cost management, and risk management.
- Manage and participate in task analysis, design, implementation, and operational support.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Federal governance standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, identify system enhancements, and streamline processes.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, promoting a positive work environment.
- Prepare and present reports, documentation, and presentations to executive stakeholders.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in a Federal environment for technical service support contracts.
- Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Federal governance standards.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Federal procurement regulations and contract management processes is a plus.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or engineering, information systems, or a related field with 8 years of experience or;
- Master’s degree in computer Science, information systems, or a related field and 6 years of experience
