We are a leading supplier of cleaning and janitorial products and we are seeking an Internal Account Manager to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will be the front-line of our customer service and the main point of contact for our current customer base.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our current customers
- Dealing with warm leads and converting them into new business opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Actively seeking new business opportunities and expanding our customer base
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong track record in customer service and account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
