Are you a phenomenal team player, passionate about social impact and reaching children with learning through play? By joining our Social Impact & Partnerships team, you will support our programmes in order to reach even more children. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual for a paid internship of around 12 months.

Please note the requirements below to be considered for the role:
Have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.
Availability to start in June 2023 for a 12 month contract (37.5h per week).

Core Responsibilities
Support the Global Programmes team to innovate and scale Build the Change and others programmes in the portfolio, ie. Logistics, partner engagement and data collection, input and management.
Support UK and global programmes in delivery of events in London, with local partners.
Support UK programme in the donation of play boxes to schools and local charities and facilitation of play training/sessions.
Support UK programme in recruitment of employee volunteers & providing admin support to committee members.
Assist UK Team with day-to-day tasks in the planning, administration and execution of programme development & management.

Your role will be supporting the UK & Global Programmes Social Impact & Partnerships teams in innovating, developing and delivering learning through play programmes and partnerships, enabling us to reach our goal of 8 million children (globally) by end of 2022. In return, we will empower you to succeed and develop in a wonderful team committed to social responsibility and spreading the impact of learning through play!
Do you have what it takes?
Proven interest in social impact/social responsibility.
Passionate about working with children & learning through play.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to prioritise tasks and commitments.
Ability to collaborate and work within a team.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
Professional attitude within the workplace ie. Time-keeping
Ability to write fluent English.
1-2 professional or educational references.
Deep interest in sustainability – both people and planet.
Confident/comfortable working with children.
A playful attitude to team working, solving problems, and working with partners.
Knowledge/interest in creative digital tools ie. Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign.
