Distribution Management (DM) Reporting Intern

Stoneleigh, Warwickshire – Hybrid working – FTC 12 months

Starting in September/October


Job Summary:


Support the Central Reporting Function in our Distribution Management Global Tools Team in the delivery of key strategic projects in the areas of Business Development and Digitalization.


AGCO DM reporting has built a reputation for delivering state of the art business development programs into AGCO’s dealer network and our dealer facing internal functions. You will be working in the Reporting & Performance Team, getting close insight into some of the most important strategic initiatives of the company, with a high visibility towards central brand functions and project teams as well as local field and operational teams. This team is a dynamic and international team working in an international environment.


During the internship, your main responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting the implementation of key Initiatives like Dealer Performance Reviews, Distribution Network Transformation Tracker and the Digital Customer Experience Project on an operational level.
  • Securing a timely, structured and professional knowledge transfer in close cooperation with local delivery resources, provide reporting on delivery plans and implementation levels
  • Supporting day to day activities relating to these projects.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of Tableau Projects (from the business side)


The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:


  • Self-starter with high motivation and a structured working approach
  • Minimum of 2 years of university studies in Business Administration/Management/Education/Engineering/Mathematics
  • Fluent in English; other European language skills will be advantageous
  • IT prone (you will operate in complex system environments)
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • ERP/CRM/Project management tools or similar experience will be advantageous
  • Initial project management and organizational skills will be advantageous
  • Experience with Azure DevOps will be advantageous
