Job description
Synapri are currently recruiting a Head of Product to work for an award-winning payments service provider.
Key skills and experience required
• Defining and managing the roadmap for products, including managing prioritisation
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product strategy by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Adhere to the product governance framework ensuring team meets key milestones and delivers high quality documentation
• Set your team's product goals, success metrics and roadmap. Managing a team of 20+ Product Manager, Product Owners, QA’s, Developers and Testers
• Strong Experience across payment card schemes, card acceptance / acquiring, cards, hospitality payments, and merchant payments.
• Monitor product performance against OKRs and KPIs and communicate this to the business in relevant forums.
• 5+ years of experience working with a high-growth tech company or working in payments service providers, card schemes, payments gateway, card acquirers, banking/finance-related business areas.
• 2+ years of experience in coaching and developing Managers of Managers, empowering them and setting them up for continued success and broad impact.
• Experience of formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, users, and partners.
• A bias to action and bootstrapping major projects, never hesitant to roll up your sleeves and be hands on.
Salary Range: £110,000 to £125,000
20% Bonus, Car Allowance, Pension, Holiday Allowance
Location: West London
Full time role hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office.
