Warehouse Team Leader - 2pm to 10pm

The Role

We are looking for an amazing Team Leader on our afternoon shift working 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday.

We're based in Milton Keynes in a 9000m2 warehouse that has just undergone a £7.5m investment with our new automated market leading robotic goods to person picking system. You'll support your Shift Manager in a broad variety of interesting tasks including leading a team of 10/15 operatives, coordinating their workloads and providing direction and support to consistently provide an accurate and timely service to both internal and external customers. Health & Safety standards are vital, as is the development of our people while driving down costs and seeking operational and process improvements. You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, but most importantly you'll be the inspirational leader who provides the passion that ignites a brilliant team to win and succeed!

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
