Interior Designer (mid weight)
We are seeking creative and experienced designer with 3-5 years experience working in the high-end residential market (and some commercial ideally)
The ideal candidate will have proved skills and experience in the following:
- Design and specification in soft furnishings and fabrics
- Devising beautiful designs or luxury residential projects which will encompass furniture, joinery, textiles, soft furnishings, floor coverings, and lighting
- Strong product knowledge
- Creative thinker able to take the lead on medium sized projects
- Experience working on commercial projects, sourcing and specifying and an understanding of regulations and requirements within a commercial project
- Confident and strong technical knowledge and experience of quantifying for upholstery and windows treatments.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of window treatments and their technicalities, an ability to think of creative and aesthetically pleasing solutions to difficult windows.
- Confident to create visual concepts and mood boards
- Must have a strong eye for detail and good design, with an appreciation for the beautiful and extraordinary.
- Confident in written and verbal communication
- Confident in either Good SketchUp or AutoCAD
- An aptitude for spatial awareness and room layouts
- Proven track record of experience working in the interior design industry.
- Must be confident presenting and liaising with clients directly.
- Problem solving and team player with a positive attitude.
- Confident to carry out survey of existing spaces.
- Polite, friendly, and well presented

We are a team of dedicated interior designers who offer a personal, bespoke interior design service. Creating timeless interiors and carefully managing all aspects of large- and small-scale projects (some commercial) from start to finish. We place our clients’ needs at the heart of the design process, working closely to given briefs, budgetary and style requirements
We offer a range of services from sourcing an individual piece of furniture, to full interior design, including schemes, fabrics, curtains, blinds, bathrooms, kitchens, joinery, tiles, carpets, consultancy, and advice. We have an in-house workroom which creates beautiful bespoke upholstered headboards, upholstered footstools, and re-upholstery. We also produce hand finished curtains, roman blinds, pelmets, and soft furnishings.
We have a large number of long-standing clients and have experienced fast growth in the past few years. As such we are wanting to add an exciting new addition to our team to take the business forward and progress to the next level. A passion for interiors is at the heart of this small design company, alongside an eagerness to grow and achieve the highest standards possible.
Salary: starting at £23k, dependant on qualifications and experience.
