Job description
Home Instead Stafford is a family run award winning domiciliary care provider. Over the last decade and more we’ve kept working hard to provide the care you’d want for a loved one, care you can be proud of.
What we do differently;
- Companionship Led Care – A conversation matters as much as a helping hand.
- Values Based Recruiting – Compassion and empathy are more important than prior experience.
- Personality Matching – So the client and Care Professional get to enjoy themselves even more.
- Minimum 45 Minute Visits – Care shouldn’t feel rushed for anyone.
- Local To You Scheduling – Less time in your car and more time doing what you love.
- Award Winning Training – Everything you’ll need to feel supported and confident.
- No Uniform – What you wear is a part of who you are.
- No Age Limit – Caring is a mindset, age is just a number.
- On Call – There is someone there for you 24/7.
- Family Run – We care about our staff.
- Care Professional Ambassadors – Your voice matters.
- Office Staff Were Care Professionals First – We understand the role and want to help you.
We want to hire those who have a desire to change the lives of others; we’re not here to fill gaps in rotas. You will be an appreciated, valued, and respected member of our team.
What we offer;
- £12.38 - £12.73 an hour.
- £24.76 - £25.46 an hour on bank holidays.
- Permanent contracts, no bank or zero hours.
- Guaranteed hours contracts available too.
- Long service awards & rewards, including additional holiday days.
- Access to our Employee Assistance Programme – Confidential help for your wellbeing.
What we need from you;
- To be able to drive and have access to a car.
- To be there to help our clients remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
- To understand that we operate on an alternate weekends basis as many of our clients do have care 7 days a week.
If this sounds like a role that would suit you, then don’t hesitate to get in touch. We want to hear from you.
We’re always looking to expand our incredible team, could you be next?
