About YOU

We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and energetic individual to join us in the role of Interior Designer. The successful candidate will work as part of a team and be responsible for the interior aspects of the project including conceptual, design development and construction documentation.

Required Skills:

• Experience in programming and space planning
• Demonstrates excellent design and communication skills.
• Knowledge of interior detailing, construction documents and industry standards
• Excellent collaboration, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficient in Revit and working in a BIM environment.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion and/or Vray preferred.
• Experience coordinating consultants preferred.

Qualifications:

• Interior Design degree at a CIDA accredited institution.
• Registration, or immediate eligibility to register with PIDIM; NCIDQ qualification is an asset.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience providing interior design services.
