WHO YOU ARE
As an Area Coach you’ll provide transformational leadership and high-impact coaching for multiple restaurant teams, driving performance across four key metrics – People, Customer, Sales, and Profit. This role will require a hgh degree of commercial acumen and the ability to think beyond the core operational elements, leading and inspiring your teams to achieve breakthrough results, the right way.
You’ll have a history of career progression, a breadth of knowledge, exposure to wider business functions, a proven track record of driving tangible results, and the ambition and desire to take on more senior leadership roles in the future (and we can help with that)!
