Nicholas Vincent, Inc. is a boutique high-end residential interior design studio in San Francisco. We are seeking a highly motivated interior design assistant / junior designer to join our rapidly growing firm.
In-office applicants only. Applicants must reside in or near our San Francisco office and be able to reliably commute to the office Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in architecture, interior design or related field
- 1-2 years experience working in a professional interior design practice, concentration in high-end residential [required]
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and Design Manager. Experience with Revit preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player
Primary responsibilities include:
- Organize and manage all in studio sample libraries and documents
- Organize and manage all project samples and documents
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing samples with multiple showrooms and vendors
- Participating in all phases of multiple design projects from design development, through construction management and out of state installation
- Assist the project team in the design process and in the production of interior architectural construction documents
- Request estimates from vendors based on detailed client selections and designer specifications
- Enter specifications in Design Manager program
- Produce presentation materials and assist in presenting designs to clients and other consultants
