What will be doing?
You will be part of a cross-functional delivery team and you will form an essential part of the delivery service to our notable large and medium-sized enterprise clients.
As a Project Manager you will fundamentally be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This will require skilful management of stakeholder expectations to ensure there is no impact to success.
You will apply continuous improvement techniques and remain diligent throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and commercial value both for the customer and for Shaping Cloud.
· Provide end-to-end Project Management for multiple, concurrent projects
· Project resource management – planning, organising, tracking and management of resources across multiple workstreams
· Management of stakeholder relationships to ensure projects get delivered to time, cost and scope.
· Risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
· Maintain project momentum by facilitating and influencing project productivity
· Having the ability to continuously assess and redirect workflow to prevent any disruption or blockers
· Ensuring ownership is maintained and being able to enforce accountability to support the project moving forward
· Support and mediate the relationship between both parties and ensure full transparency is given,even when there may be unwanted disruptions to the project
What experience do I need?
· Previous experience as a Project Manager
· Experience within project delivery
· Stakeholder management, both internal and external
· Strong communication skills – able to professionally guide and ‘push back’ when required to ensure project success
· Previous exposure to project commercials, to include creating SoW or seeking areas for further improvement.
· Strong organisational skill
What would be desirable?
· PRINCE 2
· Previous experience within the legal, financial or consulting industries
· Interest in technology
