Job Title: Experienced Asset Integrity Engineer
Salary range: £45,000 to £65,000 per annum
Location: Leatherhead
Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

Structural Integrity is a fundamental discipline in our Asset Integrity group. Working across energy, industry and defence sectors, we deliver projects supporting assets that are high value, high performance, or safety critical for world class organisations.
We substantiate the design of new products, systems and facilities, to investigate and resolve in-service problems or to extend the life of aging assets. This can often require the use of advanced methods and novel approaches to answer very complicated problems, and engage in method development to continually progress our service offer. Typically, we use mathematical sciences (code assessment, fundamentals, CAE/FE) complemented with robust site and operational experience to provide this insight.
We are seeking experienced engineers and managers with an international background in refining, chemical, petrochemical and energy industries. Demonstrable experience and skills in FEA, fatigue, fracture and fitness-for-service, codes and standards such as ASME VIII-1&2, API579, BS7910 are expected.
Requirements:
FrazerNash are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a passion for managing and extending the life ageing critical assets. This role will necessitate the following key skills:
- Design by analysis experience with ASME VIII-2, particularly the evaluation of in-service repairs
- Experience with high temperature components subjected to creep and fatigue interactions, such as boiler headers and high energy pipework.
- Optimisation of inspection intervals based on fracture mechanics principals.
- Author or co-author to publications and/or conference proceedings
- Experience with the Australian or Asia-Pacific power/refining/chemicals industry.
- Registered Engineer with any State Engineering Board (i.e. Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) or equivalent)
- Experience delivering training courses.
