Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work within our finance team. This role requires empathy and understanding of client’s personal situation and also of their pet’s treatment and possible loss whilst still ensuring that client’s claims are processed in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will work within a small friendly customer focussed team liaising with vets and other staff within the business to resolve any queries that may delay claims being sent.
