What you’ll be doing
- Opportunity to work alongside one of the biggest estate agents in London
- Conduct meeting with clients
- Navigating lenders criteria to Working with different criteria to find suitable lenders
- Submitting applications and managing cases, alongside liaising with lenders.
- Building relationships with clients, guiding them through each step of the mortgage process
Who we are looking for
- Someone with great attention to detail
- Excellent moral compass
- A hard work ethic
- Natural ability to problem solve and use own initiative
- Preferably experience in the industry
- Fully CEMAP qualified
- OTE based on a combination of self generated business and assigned cases
