An exciting opportunity have arisen for the role of Warehouse Logistics Associate to join Materials management and Logistics team at Honeywell Aerospace EASA 145 Aircraft Wheels and Brakes facility in Feltham.
This role is full-time position on 4 days ON/4 days OFF 12-hours, 0630-1830 hours.
Day to Day Activities:
- Wheel and brake loading & unloading – safe practices
- Wheel and brake covering, boxing and movement
- Loading & unloading of trucks
- Stock receiving and issuing using stores procedures
- Managing customer stocks on customer IT systems
- Booking shipments of goods for return to customer
- All work to be carried out in accordance to established processes and procedures
- Full compliance to Honeywell and Aerospace procedures to always ensure product quality standards
- Training and onboarding support will be provided
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the business’ Health & Safety culture with the team
- Incident reporting & escalation
- PPE Adherence
- Maintain strong Quality discipline ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant Quality procedures
- Training and development adherence
- Work instruction adherence
- Audit adherence
- RTY & FPY reporting
- RCCA approach to issue resolution
- Maintain TPM standards to achieve maximum equipment availability and efficiency
- 5S & Continuous Improvement culture
- Maintain 5S standards on site as per team targets and standards
- Implement improvement actions to achieve targets & standards and improve score
- Attend TIER 1 meetings
- Follow meeting agenda
- Escalate as necessary to TIER 2 meeting
Your Skills and Experience:
- A good level of reading, spoken and written English
- Microsoft excel knowledge
- Able to work as part of a team and good at time keeping

This role requires indefinite UK work visa permit, without the need of sponsorship.
Desirable:
- Forklift truck driving/license
- Mechanical background beneficial but not essential
- Experience of working with suppliers and integrated supply chains and how and where they fit in the project lifecycle
