Mortgage Advice Team Manager - Fully Remote - within the UK
Are you a CeMAP-qualified Team Manager with experience in the Mortgage industry? Do you want to use next-gen technology to help customers find the right mortgage for them while still writing business and earning commission yourself?
As one of our Team Managers, you’ll play an important role in helping our advisors find the right products for our clients, while spending 70% of your time finding the best solution for your own bank of clients.
You’ll be working with the most advanced, user-friendly system on the market, which will let you automate and eliminate a lot of the boring, manual tasks — like completing paperwork or rekeying data — to spend more time doing what you do best: helping your team to help more customers.
On top of that, you’ll be able to work from home, have on-call support from a central team and earn commission on top of your salary.

To be a good fit for this role, you’ll:
- Have at least 2 years experience in a team leader / team manager role at a bank, mortgage broker, or IFA
- Be CeMAP qualified
- Have a passion for coaching and developing people, helping them to achieve their career goals
- Have direct experience advising on whole of market solutions
- Be open to new and innovative ways of working, while also maintaining high standards of quality and excellence
- Have a desire to embrace technology to make your life easier and provide an improved experience for your clients
- Be a hard-working, organised and ambitious self-starter
- Get a buzz from helping your clients fulfil their dreams
