Guildford & or Southampton Office But the role is HYBRID working half in office and half from home.

The Role: As a SME Insurance Broker, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and crafting tailored insurance solutions for businesses of all sizes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Identifying and understanding clients' insurance needs, assessing risks, and recommending suitable coverage options.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters to negotiate the best terms and conditions.
Analyzing insurance policies, preparing quotes, and processing policy documentation.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborating with a team of insurance professionals to ensure outstanding service delivery.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking dedicated individuals with a proven track record in the insurance industry, specifically in commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of [1] years of experience as a Commercial/SME Insurance Broker.
- Experience in any of the following fields, Shop/Office/PI/Fleet/PL/Cyber etc
- In-depth knowledge of various commercial insurance products and coverage options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CII) are desirable but not mandatory.
