What you’ll be doing?
Coordinating Events to ensure booking and enquiry
turnaround times are maintained and a consistently
high level of customer service is provided to bookers,
learners, and colleagues within SLA (Service level
agreements)

Key Responsibilities
- Processing Bookings (QA Public, Closed courses, third
party and conferences, including raising Purchase
orders and using the Credit card as per the agreed
process) - Associated admin, such as arranging pre course
reading, courseware, access to online portals, exam
vouchers and e-learning. - Handling telephone, email, and face to face enquiries
in a professional manner. - To provide customer service excellence daily, working
with the customer to meet servicing standards,
including resolving any customer issues both timely
and professionally. - Identifying continual Improvement opportunities and
support the implementation of process improvements
to provide the best possible experience for all bookers and learners during the bookings process. - Requirement to support Training Centre Administrator role as and when required.
Your Skills & Experience
- Event Co-ordination / Administration within a
bookings team - Time Management – proven experience of working to
tight deadlines in a high processing volume
environment. - People skills – proven experience in working as part of a successful team.
- Customer Service issue escalation – proven experience of managing issue resolution.
