Job description
We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our growing team of insurance agents. The successful candidates will be responsible for working closely with assigned clients, recommending policies and gathering information in order to determine appropriate coverage. They will also be required to stay up-to-date on current trends in the insurance industry, perform underwriting functions, market client products and report account activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments
- Proactively make outbound calls to generate or regenerate sales opportunities
- Accurately respond to customer requirements/requests within the stated time frames (support with quotes, order processing, product information)
- Identify new revenue opportunities through analysis of existing protection products
- Quickly demonstrate a broad understanding of our clients and their financial services solutions and articulate the value proposition to generate new opportunities
- Protection Specialist across multiple products (Income Protection, Life Insurance, Medically Impaired, 050's, PMI, Group Income Protection for Business, Short Term Accident and Sickness)
- Re-broke existing customer policies to ensure a high retention rate
- Ensure a high level of customer and admin through to after-sales care and support
- Work leads efficiently and effectively and converts over 20% front-to-back conversion
- Consistently finding new business from old dalliers and leads through to new business and referral schemes
- Carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the role.

Salary: Up to £70,000.00 per year
