Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with an expanding, successful South West London Insurance Broker who have 2 new opportunities within their sales and customer service teams with a clearly defined training and progression program.
We are looking for both someone with an existing Insurance track record as well as a more entry level candidate with at least a year of professional sales or customer service experience in another industry looking to get into Insurance and forge a long term career.
The role will be office based and dealing with both incoming new business enquiries as well as looking after existing customers. You will deal with Insurance administration, creating quotations, setting up computer records, issuing documentation and you will develop a strong understanding of systems and policy wordings.
The role will very much evolve as you train and develop and you will be able to gain your CII certificate. You will be a good telephone communicator, motivated to succeed and achieve targets as well as treating customers fairly to give them a great service so they become repeat customers.
