Our client has grown to become one of the UK’s leading independently-operated insurance brokers. They specialise in farm and estate insurance but also provide bespoke to include large Vineyards, financial services, commercial and bloodstock insurance advice.

We are on the lookout for a London based Account Executive with experience to support a book of General Cross Class Commercial Risks with above average Premiums!

Key responsibilities

• Retention of existing client base
• Growth of existing business
• Retention of key personnel
• To act as a communicator between the new business and client, facilitating good working relationships and positive energy between the two
• To work with the outgoing directors in ensuring that the company culture is preserved
• Comply with all compliance requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for all large client renewals, negotiate and obtain suitable terms from insurers
• To source potential new clients, give advice on individual new business leads, set up meetings and lead presentations for large prospective clients
• Advise and consult with clients as and when any claims arise, liaise with loss adjusters or internal claims teams where appropriate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

• London, EC3V 9DF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Account Handler: 3 years (preferred)
• Insurance: 5 years (preferred)
