Job description
Our client is a well-established, education / training provider. They are looking for a Course Designer /Developer (Education)to join their existing team in Lincolnshire.
This is a hybrid position and applicants should be based in North Lincolnshire. The role is working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with some flexibility required.
Job Duties for the Course Designer /Developer (Education):
· Create, engaging informative content for online training courses
· Manage projects throughout their lifecycle
· Collaborate with subject matter experts and the content creation teams
The Perfect Course Designer /Developer (Education)will have:
· Suit a digital designer / web designer / graphic designer / front end web developer
· Knowledge HTML and JavaScript
· No course experience required
· Strong design skills, online, print and video
· Web Design experience
· Experience working with Learn Dash (LMS), WordPress and Elementor
· Project Management skills
· Experience developing learning aids such as video/audio, simulations, role plays, gamification etc
· Strong research skills
· Organisation and time management
· Creativity
· Attention to detail
· Experience working within / knowledge of the education sector or support industry would be highly advantageous
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
· Above all - a passion for learning new things
