Responsibilities
Overseeing multiple install teams to establish best practice
Managing jobs to deliver on time as planned and safely
Working in our Bristol office as well visiting site to ensure efficient installations
Recruiting, training and developing our installation teams
Achieving the annual/monthly Turnover and Gross Profit Targets
Quality control – Compliance with standards, design/instructions, timings and processes
Liaising with sub-contractors – checking the quality of their work
Measure customer feedback – strive for improvements
Gather feedback from your team of installers through appraisals and regular meetings
Be the representative for your team of installers
Collate information on completed installations and reporting trends to the senior team
Skills / Experience Required
Installation background with experience in a similar role
Great technical knowledge of construction processes.
The ability to identify areas for improvement and to implement and develop existing processes/systems
Be able to work in high pace environment and be a confident decision maker
Be able to build and maintain a great relationship with the customer and internal teams
Proficient in Excel and all Microsoft applications.
Excellent verbal and written communicator
We are seeking an organised and flexible individual to coordinate our playground installations ensuring on time, on budget, safe and quality installations adhere to our high Pentagon standards, always seeking continuous improvements.

Salary: £34,239.00-£36,625.00 per year
