Field Installation Manager
To support our record-breaking growth, we are looking for a Field Installation Manager to join our team.
Tom Howley, market leader for British, bespoke kitchens, is the fastest-growing, premium kitchen company in the UK, with 18 showrooms and ambitious growth plans. We are proud to manufacture all of our furniture in the UK and offer a comprehensive design, manufacture and installation service.
As Field Installation Manager, you will be the person who helps bring our client’s dream kitchen to life in their own home.
The role:
- You will communicate and manage our experienced installation teams to ensure each client project is completed to the highest standard.
- Guide our clients through the installation process, discussing and agreeing delivery dates and expected timescales whilst being on hand for any questions that might arise throughout.
- You will ideally have prior technical knowledge of the bespoke fitted furniture industry. An appreciation of high-end bespoke merchandise is essential.
- Be part of a supportive team; regular team and management meetings, working closely with our head office Client Services and Planning teams.
- You will be able to empathise with clients and support them throughout their installation journey with Tom Howley.
Location:
We are seeking someone located in Guildford or surrounding areas; however, the successful candidate will be expected to work in other areas across the UK when required and must understand that high mileage is part of the position. A fully expensed company car is provided.
Full product training will be given to the successful applicant.

Salary: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
