Salary: £35,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Mon-Thurs 06:30-14:30 Fri: 06:30-10:30 Overtime available
The role…
As the Quality Inspector, your role will involve the following important duties:
- Work within ISO 9001:2015.
- Provide non-destructive testing to the manufacturing, assembly and test process.
- Magnetic particle inspection of components.
- Liquid penetrant inspection of components.
- Train team members on industry/in-house NDT requirements and test results.
- Kaizens, 5Y, 8D and structured problem-solving events.
- Carry out related project work.
The experience required…
As a successful Quality Inspector, you will have the following:
- PCN Level 2 MPI or ANST Level 2 MPT
- Level 2 liquid Penetrant Inspection - PCN.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A meticulous eye for detail.
- Strong IT skills with experience using SAP and Excel.
