Insights Analyst – Introduction
Commercially aware and with a strong analytical grounding, in either category, shopper, consumer/product research, you are ready to advance your career in a world expert in making coatings that is passionate about bringing the voice of the consumer to the very centre of business decisions. We are now recruiting an Insights professional to be the voice of our consumers and help us enable others in the business with the critical insights they need to keep inspiring everyone to create their own beautiful living space.
- Provide category, shopper & end-user actionable insight that shapes the development of strategies & plans.
- Monitor market and brand performance to identify opportunities/issues to key stakeholders such as Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing & Sales colleagues.
- Be the ‘super-user’ of our continuous data sources, ensuring data accuracy & seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in the supply, management & analysis of the information.
- Find innovative ways to connect the various data sources to better centralise, analyse and visualize the data.
- Communicate findings and recommendations in an engaging and compelling way to bring insights to the heart of business decision making.
- Support adhoc qualitative research projects as required.
- Graduate calibre.
- Experience of insight generation/activation.
- Experience in either category, shopper or consumer/product research.
- Advanced data analytical capability, utilising linking a broad range of data sources.
- Good project management.
- Commercially astute.
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
