Age UK has a wide portfolio of products and services, extending beyond cash giving, committed giving and events to include financial services, gaming products, independent living aids and a national helpline.

The role is responsible for delivering and developing key customer analytics reporting plus undertaking bespoke analysis to serve the needs of the organisation across the entire portfolio. As a result, you might be working on departmental KPIs one day, reporting on the very latest fundraising metrics the next, building customer profiles and conducting post-campaign analysis on another.

As an Insight & Reporting Analyst, you will:

  • Produce timely, accurate and well communicated customer analytics reporting and regular KPI reports at a business unit and global level, proactively investigating and explaining points of interest in the data.
  • Focus on building relationships with key stakeholders, interpreting their needs for bespoke analysis, conduct and deliver, and presenting findings in a meaningful and digestible manner.
  • Work closely with the CRM Reporting Manager / CRM Insight & Analysis Manager to explore further opportunities for reporting and analysis.

This role is offered on a Hybrid / London contract and will include travel to our modern co-working hub in East London (EC3N 2LB) once a week.

If you have a strong analytical background, with experience of reporting and presenting data we’d love to hear from you!

You will have:

  • A degree or equivalent in a numerate discipline.
  • An understanding of statistical concepts.
  • Experience of both data manipulation and analysis of large-scale customer datasets.
  • Experience of one or more programming languages: SPSS / SAS / T-SQL / R.
  • Experience of Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proficiency in use of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Time management and experience of delivering to deadlines.
