Would you like to join our Lettings and Rehousing Service as a Lettings and Rehousing Assistant? This is an exciting opportunity for any individual who is a team player and leads each interaction with the customer at the forefront.
As a Lettings & Rehousing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a responsive, efficient, agile, high quality and customer focused Lettings and Rehousing service. Supporting robust performance against all KPIs and targets, you will provide strong administrative support and respond to enquiries from residents at first point of contact.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have exceptional customer service skills and an ability to communicate at all levels.
- Be resourceful and supportive when dealing with resident requests.
- Have a drive to do the right thing and a willingness to work hard, get things done and learn fast.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a flexible support service for Lettings and Rehousing Officers
- Complete transactional requests at quality and pace, such as: mutual exchanges, setting up accounts, processing medical information, verifying documents, raising purchase orders, advertising properties ·
- Respond to enquiries at the first point of contact either face to face, by phone, digitally or by letter, always providing excellent customer service ·
- Complete administrative activities such as: minute taking, mail merges, updating and refreshing customer data, processing customer surveys and questionnaires

We are a multi-site organisation, so some roles may require occasional travel between offices, but expenses will be covered.
