Job Description Summary

You’ll be joining a fast-paced team who are leading the way in Insider Risk & Data Loss Prevention. The day to day:
  • Works with representatives from across CSO and divisional SMEs to implement a range of controls and processes to minimise the insider risk, coordinating with all parts of the team.
  • Identifies shortcomings, recommends improvements and implements approved revisions to current compliance processes, systems and procedures
  • Responsible for the development of strategic roadmap activities, initiatives and projects working with all tower leads across the area
  • Analyses key data themes & trends to build meaningful MI to support the team and divisional partners
  • Supports leadership in developing strategy and management initiatives
  • Owns and develops communications to support delivery of the strategy and key initiatives
  • Adapts documents to fit the organisation's style guidelines and prepares information for publication using established procedures and standards.
  • Grows own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities
  • Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.
  • Identifies and evaluates sophisticated expertise-led solutions against agreed criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.
  • Achieves planned commitments by developing short-term and/or medium-term work schedules

The base salary for this role is: £61-68,000, increasing for central London based colleagues. Other hub locations considered but salary will reflect.
