INTRO
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Serve as a primary point of contact for any incoming communication
- Handling of incoming technical and commercial enquiries as well as complaints, ensuring timely response in close cooperation with Customer Success Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Services Manager and EMEA colleagues
- Generate and process new sales leads as necessary
- Supporting sales team to stay on track with the leads
- Proactively call existing customers on a regular basis to improve customer service and generate new leads
- Follow up opportunities passed on from Sales Managers with the aim to close small to medium sized orders in countries that speak English and French
- Control of customer credit worthiness and credit limits
- Assistance in organizing various marketing campaigns
- Provide and necessary data or reports to the sales team
Inside Sales
- Maintenance of Partner accounts in CRM and SAP
- Complete some administrative duties for the sales team, like scheduling appointments and informing customers of their order status
- Support Sales Managers to process quotes and orders in CRM
- Process orders in CRM following correct export requirements to allow Supply chain to process and dispatch in an orderly fashion
- Export and order processing (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
WHAT DO WE EXPECT
- +5 or more years of experience in sales/customer service or similar role
- Sound PC skills, especially in CRM (Sugar), SAP and Microsoft 365
- Languages: English, French (compulsory), others may also be valuable
- Flexible, able to work independently and in teams
- Proactive approach in fulfilling requirements
- People person, time orientated, great communication skills, consumer oriented and attention to detail
- Interest in tech products and software
This position is based in our Cambridge office with hybrid model (3 days in the office per week)
