Imaris is one of our main software solutions for our customers and is the world’s leading interactive microscopy image analysis software. We have a team of experts in the key software technologies for 2D and 3D microscopy image rendering, visualization, and analysis.
The Inside Sales Specialist will be part of Sales Team and their primary role is to systematically drive maintenance sales in EMEA for the Imaris software in close collaboration with the Imaris sales team. The successful candidate will support the field sales team with lead qualification and prioritisation and work with researchers in leading universities and industry, and their respective purchasing and order processing departments.
The Inside Sales Specialist will have:
Third level qualification and 1 year relevant experience
OR
5 GCSEs including English and Maths (Grades A-C) or equivalent and 3 years relevant experience
** Relevant experience is defined inside sales, service administration or sales administration
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite and fluent in English language
The ideal candidate will exceed in administrative tasks, have a strong foundation in organization, interpersonal and cross business unit communications, customer service & sales skills.
This position will ideally be based at our Belfast headquarters on a hybrid working model. We are offering an excellent salary plus commission structure.
