Internal Sales Representative - Mobil by Moove

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Internal Sales Representative – Mobil by Moove. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis (Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm, some flexibility may be required), you will receive a competitive salary.

As our Internal Sales Representative, you will be accountable for driving profitable and sustainable business growth through effective management and development of the Internal Mobil by Moove accounts and supporting Mooves Account Managers.
Responsibilities as our Internal Sales Representative are to:
- Focus on developing new and existing customer relationships, retention of existing trading accounts and acquisition of lapsed business
- Ensure knowledge of all internally managed accounts is thorough with sales pipeline opportunities identified and recorded in SalesForce
- Understand and execute an added value long-term sales approach
- Utilise technical advantages of a premium Mobil product in a competitive marketplace
- Responsible for profitable development and retention of new and existing customers
- Analyse, monitor and deliver upon defined KPI’s
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Mobil by Moove product strategy and technical advantages
- Work with the specialist marketing team, when required, to produce targeted communications, campaigns and customer programs
- Understand and effectively utilise the company's CRM system and ensure the Moove sales pipeline process is fully utilised and the required data captured at all times
Essential Skills required of our Internal Sales Representative:
- Experience working with Lubricants Distributors via phone and email
- Commercial understanding of the lubricants market
- Strong time management capability
- Good Microsoft office suite knowledge
- Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of using CRM systems and sales pipeline
Desirable Skills
- Good Mobil/Moove product offer knowledge
- Knowledge of one other European language
- Value selling trained
