Job Title: Sales Executive
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the designated market
- Introduce and promote products or services offered by the company
- Provide information and answer questions about the products or services
- Identify and qualify leads for business development purposes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls made and outcomes
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Persuasive and confident phone presence
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
