Job Title: Line ChefHardware Coffee + Kitchen is currently looking for a Line Chef to join our awesome team!We are a popular brand-new all-day brunch and coffee hangout, approx. 70 covers with a big floor space.Location: Hardware Coffee + Kitchen, 40 Renshaw Street, Liverpool, L1 4EFHours: 35 - 42 hours per week (Earliest shift start at 7:00am, latest shift end at 16:30pm)Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation- Maintain a clean and organized work station- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and guidelinesSkills:- Proven experience as a line chef - Willing to learn- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately- Excellent communication and teamwork skillsBenefits:- Very good share of tips (using TipJar software) - Gym membership - Free food on shift - 50% off food off shift - Discounts at our other sitesAt Hardware Coffee + Kitchen we value teamwork, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our customers.
