Job description
- Create sales among existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned accounts
- Make sure customers receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Process the customer order in Unleashed and fulfillment
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service quality
- Collaborate with business development team to reach prospective customers
- Services multiple customers concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Maintain the sales record and metrics
