A great new opportunity for an Internal Sales position has become available, based just outside of St Neots for a market leading construction equipment company working as part of the Sales Team. What will the right person look like?
The ideal Internal Sales candidate will have at least 2+years experience working in a busy sales environment. You should have the self-motivation and enthusiasm to work on your own initiative, strong team player with the ability to communicate at all levels, and sound IT knowledge including MS Office programmes, and ideally CRM systems (but not essential) Must drive due to village location.
What will you be doing?
- Working closely with the current sales manager to help grow the business and hit new targets
- Demonstrate excellent levels of customer service for both internal and external customers
- Maintain and build satisfactory relationships with customers
- Pro-actively selling, maintaining and expanding sales to new and existing customers
- Develop market growth through conversion of specifiers, end users to the company’s range of products
- Maintain efficient sales order entry on all products using existing CRM system
- Monitor customer activity and report to your manager accordingly
- General sales office and administration duties, as necessary
Salary/Benefits
The Internal Sales will receive a competitive salary, commission structure, career progression, training and development and company bonuses. £25000 to £50000 plus OTE
