Internal Sales Executive

As a well-established but fast growing and evolving Technology business we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and motivated customer focused Internal Sales Executive to support our LED Division’s growth plans over the coming years.

Memory Division – We sell a variety of memory for a wide range of uses and applications including Computers, Mobile Phones, Cameras, Servers, Drones, Gaming Memory, Dashcams, Military, and Industrial etc. Our customers include retailers, e-tailers, the NHS, education providers, top photographers, gamers, governments and more.

LED Lighting Division – We sell a variety of lighting products for a wide range of uses and applications including for home, business and industrial applications. Our customers include wholesalers, retailers, e-tailers, education and health systems, local governments, developers and more.

Our award winning products are sold by resellers in more than 50 countries worldwide and trusted by large corporates, government departments and educational institutions.

The company is currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation and is rolling out a new e-commerce platform across Europe with further plans to expand to the US. We’ve seen our Memory business expand over 300% on Amazon in the past 12 months alone.

Sales Director: Jon Rogers


The Role:

To manage and drive the Integral LED business within the Electrical Wholesale Channel whilst supporting the Key Account Manager’s across their regions. Focusing on delivering profitable growth for the LED sector whilst supporting the strategic plans as set by the UK Sales Director.


Responsibilities:

  • Focus on proactive up-selling with selected accounts set by the UK Sales Director
  • Deliver a minimum of 20 proactive customer calls per day (15 x focused accounts & 5 x new business accounts) to drive sales growth
  • Develop local account relationships within the area of operation
  • Direct customer activity towards Integral LED portal to drive further action
  • Answering sales queries from customers via email or telephone
  • Ensure CRM activity is complete after each call and ensure a regular cadence of calls are pre-planned
  • Target new accounts - list to be presented and approved by the UK Sales Director
  • Ensure high engagement & effective use of Integral sales enablement tools including Integral LED Portal, Sugar CRM & future quotation platforms
  • Regular customer visits within the field with local sales reps/partners
  • Continual learning and development to maintain technical competency skills at a high level
  • Attend external trade shows to enhance relationships
