Job description

Hi-Level Mezzanines are an industry leading designer, supplier and installer of mezzanine floors. We have been operating for over 30 years with our experience ranging from single storey through to complex multi-tiered mezzanine floor projects in the UK and Europe.

Hi-Level Mezzanines are successful and growing so we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity in a new role that will be a key part of our ambition for continued company growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a good communicator both written and verbally. Sales experience is essential.

This set of motivations and experience will enable the candidate to succeed in delivering commercial success and support the growth goals of Hi-Level Mezzanines.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting to generate new business opportunities from various sources. E.g., LinkedIn, industry publications, organisation memberships etc.

Follow up with cold and warm leads from Lead Forensics, website visits, trade shows, PPC campaigns etc.

Keep in touch calls with established contacts.

Quote follow up with existing contacts.

Assisting the wider Sales Team as required.

Skills and Experience – Required:

Sales experience.

Confident with approaching cold leads.

Professional telephone manner.

Strong written communication skills.

Able to work effectively in a team.

Organised, good attention to detail and able to work under own initiative.

Intermediate skills in MS Office applications – Excel; Word; Outlook.

Skills and Experience – Desirable:

Knowledge of LinkedIn – particularly for prospecting.

Knowledge of CRMs.

Knowledge of Barbour ABI or Glenigan systems.

Growth and promotion:

This is a new role which will be ideal for a candidate looking to build on their existing sales experience. This could lead to working in more senior roles within our Sales Team or other areas of the business in the future. We are keen to provide development opportunities and promotion to successful staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
